10th February 2023 Wing Boarding: Llanfairfechan Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: F6 Surf / Sea State: Chop and wind swells Air Temperature: 8 Sea Temperature: 7.2 Weather: Sun and Cloud Max Speed: Distance Covered: Bit frustrating as removed blue half degree shim and moved mast back to 8 to see if more stable, which it was but more front foot pressure than used to and too ages to adapt. Had spells when gybes worked but most didn't and couldn't figure why, chop and gusty conditions didn't help. I think I chose sections to gybe in badly, also removing shim reduced glide a bit, and bit hesitant in gybes so changed height. When concentrating did have some lovely gliding one. Back to 9 with blue shim I think. Also changed all screws. |
